It is because we try to maintain the friendly atmosphere around our Practice that we are always willing to hear any comments, suggestions or even complaints about the service we offer. You may address these to the Practice Manager first, or, if you prefer, to your village representative on the Patient Participation Group. Our aim, with your co-operation, is to provide a high standard of care for all our patients. A suggestion box is situated near the reception.
