Lead Administrator – Yealm Medical Centre
Start date: December 2019
Permanent: 37.5 hours per week (08.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday)
Salary: £10.00 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience; NHS pension scheme available
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Administrator at Yealm Medical Centre. This is a new role which has been developed following a recent retirement.
This post holder will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administrative duties within the practice and managing the distribution of work amongst the reception team. This will include (but is not limited to) management of clinics, data collection and research administration. The post holder will also work as part of the reception team providing cover where necessary.
The successful applicant will be able to work under pressure in a fast paced and developing practice and will be expected to work professionally and to a high standard. Attention to detail and use of initiative is essential in this role.
Yealm Medical Centre promotes a supportive and caring working environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who works well in a team, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience working in a medical setting is advantageous, but we would support training for the right candidate.
